Heart palpitations - Levothyroxine

So I started taking 25mcg levothyroxine about a month ago due having a miscarriage and since my husband and I are trying to conceive, they recommend I go on medication since my TSH is slightly high. I noticed my hair started falling off a lot more this week (I read this would happen). I also started feeling heart palpitations. Even my watch noticed that my resting heart rate increased. Is that a normal side effect or is that something I should be concerned about? I’m having bloodwork next week to check my levels again
