Weekly Paycheck

Roughly 5 weeks ago I turned in my hours for the week to the PM. Monday comes which brings my paycheck and I see I’ve been paid for 2 extra hours I didn’t work. I bring it to my foreman’s attention and he shrugs it off like it’s the companies fault. Fast forward to yesterday and my paycheck comes and is 1.5 hours short. I bring it up to my foreman and he says “weren’t you overpaid a month ago”. I tell him yes, and he just makes it seem like it’s a wash. I’m actually .5 hours in the plus between these two debacles. How would you handle it? I’m a 2nd year apprentice.
