Moving to big 4 post qualified

I am very eager to move into TS post aca audit qualification

I’m currently at top 10 company, but been advised by a lot of successful people that I should get some Big4 experience at some stage for the CV

Has anyone moved across to the big 4 post qualification, was it easy to do, is it easy to move from audit into TS after working at big 4 for 1-2 years
