In how many days do we get IELTS UKVI rsults?

Hello there! I'm from India and did my medicine from the Philippines. I'm planning to sit for my IELTS UKVI next month. I want to pursue for UKFPO. The deadline for which is on 23rd July 2024. I need to sit and get my results before that. I read on the IDP IELTS website that computer based test will provide me the results in 3-5 days. And I also read under the UKVI section that if I sit for it, I'll get the results in 13 days. Which may seem straightforward but I'm sitting for a computer based UKVI IELTS academic. So in how many days will I be getting the results? Has anyone give it already? Who can help me with my query please. I'll be very thankful to you. I'm in a great dilemma. Tried contacting the centres but the line is busy and sent a mail will take 2-3 days to reply back. Help please! 🥺
