USCE at Uni of Alabama

Hey everyone! I got accepted into a Pediatric rotation at Alabama uni, I am planing to apply for IM in the match will having this rotation help me in the match process knowing that this is a pediatric rotation and I’m applying for IM. this would cost me a lot 5500$, is it worth, or would doing IM rotations at clinics be enough
