By when should I get my money back!?

I applied for mamata machinery ipo and didn't get it.. now it's almost 5 days and I haven't got my money back.. have checked my bank balance it hasn't been credited.. can someone tell me by when can I expect my money back or can anyone suggest what should I do!?
