Where should I start with brushing up on my IT knowledge and skills?

Been depressed as all hell for awhile, haven't engaged with tech much as a hobby in awhile and have an expired A+. Haven't had an IT job yet (other than a brief internship) and I'm looking to hop back onto the grind and making a big push to build my career going into this year.

Just trying to figure out where I should start with a refresher for anything that'd be on the A+. Likewise, what are some good skills I should develop / tools I should learn that'd be attractive to employers? What certifications should I target?
