Contradictory advice on PGT-A testing
I know this topic gets brought up a lot, but I am still trying to wrap my head around a seemingly large contradiction and trying to decide if we should PGT-A test our donor eggs.
Research shows that aneuploid embryos have a near 0 chance of live birth and that biopsies do not harm embryos:

And yet, many doctors say that PGT-A testing provides no benefit in young healthy woman, does not increase live birth rates, and only reduces miscarriages by less than 5%!
How is this possible? 30% of young egg donor embryos are aneuploid and can't lead to live births, but testing only reduces miscarriages by 5%?
Also, even given the 5%, shouldn't doctors still recommend testing always? Aren't miscarriages horrible and don't they delay live births since you need more transfers?
