Insurance: Blue Cross vs GEHA?

Hi all, this year since my husband is a federal employee, I had Blue Cross Standard which covers 15% of IVF-related everything, but the the premium is quite high especially it's through my husband so we both need to be on it. This year GEHA is offering 20% of IVF services but with a somewhat lower biweekly premium for two people. Does anyone have experience with GEHA? Thoughts about whether I should switch? Thanks!
