marriage certificates

has anyone had problems with providing a long form marriage certificate for spousal sponsorship? our long form is from NS and it’s titled “Registration of Marriage” but its a certified copy. We got a request to provide the marriage certificate or a “certified copy of marriage registration”, which is what we provided. i called vital statistics to make sure what i have is a long form marriage certificate. is it possible that the IRCC just… didnt look at the part where it says “certified true copy” at the bottom? 😅
