Question about Canada Study Visa

I did my Up-front medical exam without getting request from IRCC and I got a request from IRCC one week ago and even though I sent my medical result to IRCC through web form but the status of my application still says your action is required and I also got a email back that said due to technical reason , your file would not be visible in website but it is stored for review So is there anything I need to do like sending another web form to IRCC.
