Savana - Black Friday Sale

Hey everyone! With the winters here, I was planning on buying some trench coats/ long coats for quite a while.

So, two weeks back during the Black Friday sale, I was getting a good deal on Savana,so I ordered a couple long coats for myself.

It was 26th November that I placed an order, and still the status of order is “Ready for dispatch”. The original delivery date was 4th-9th Dec and they informed me on 5th that there’s some logistics issue that’s why there might be a little more delay. Now the delivery date is 13th-15th Dec. But the order status hasn’t changed yet.

I just want to know if someone else has bought stuff from Savana and if this is normal or am I getting scammed ?
