What do you guys think of Indianofficers falling prey to ISI honetraps?

I was watching an youtube video about the DRDO scientist who gave Brahma, Akash, SAM info to a ISI girl who was seducing him. Honeytrappinf is one of the most basic and ancient form of espionage. Why Indian officers are falling victims to this non stop?
