Snow - like compression artefacts

Hi all,

Can someone point me in the right direction on what is going on with exporting my X3 footage from 360 Studio, I'm getting these odd snow / compression artefacts on all of my exports - flat or 360. It seems to be worse on darker clips. I know I've seen this posted before, but I can't find that thread now!

​ Edit to say, it looks fine in Studio, it's only in the exports that I have issues. Also it's not just this piece - I'm seeing it across the board, whereas it was fine previously. I need to go back and export a previously good piece to see if that now breaks...
