Can't access account

I can't access my insagram account. When I try logging in with the phone number and email associated with my account, instagram recognizes the login and accepts it, but then asks me to put in a security code that is sent to a seperate email address than the one that I use to login. This seperate email address isn't mine! I have no access to this random email and I've tried every single account recovery method on instagram's support page. This is ridiculous! I know my username, email, phone number, personal info, etc. I know who I am and what I used to make the account but I am unable to access my own personal data. There is no way for me to get ahold of meta either. They are holding my personal data hostage here! I tried opening a privacy concern case but meta's website states that it apparently has some error every time I try that make it impossible for me to open a case. I've been locked out for months! Help me!
