Not losing weight at all
I was told a few weeks ago that I have IR. Anyway I cut sugary snacks about a month ago to try to lose weight. I also started IF 16/8 5 days a week and my first meal is 2 eggs. I also started walking on the treadmill 10,000 steps a day. These are all new changes for me. And I've seem ZERO change in the scale. I would get it if I consistently did those things and needed to do more to see progress, but it's all new. It makes me wonder if any of it is even worth it. I don't eat crazy amounts of calories. I already have a restricted diet because of food allergies. I haven't eat gluten, dairy or soy For my whole life. I don't know whay else to do. Fyi, I also have an autoimmune issue where I get frequent dangerous infections. So I have to be careful.
