Car Accident almost 2 months ago

Hello, I was rear ended when someone in a company van went straight in a turning lane. There was cameras and the cops determined he was at fault. I have Geico and as young as I am, I pay about $200 a month. I’ve been afraid to report anything because I don’t want my bill to go up even if it wasn’t my fault at all. I have a scratch and a really small dent so I didn’t mind too much. Should I do anything?
