30 FPS

So I mainly play Fortnite with my friends and I have a 7600x3d and a Challenger B580 with 32gb of vengeance ram.

I can turn the settings all the way down or up and it’s 30 fps???

Please help. Im decently new to pc building (this is my second build) but my fiancés 7600x and 3060 get 120+
