Globe Technician not arriving
Hello! Meron bang iba dyan na may problems sa pagiinstall ng Gfiber prepaid? Supposedly kasi ang dating ng technician is today. And walang sumipot. After looking at Globe Telecom's FB page, mukhang andaming problema ni Globe rn about sa customer service nila. If you've recently installed/apply for Gfiber naman, may nagemail ba sayo nung details mo after payment? Wala kasi sakin huhu. And whenever I try to track the order sa page nila, sinasabing walang associated email dun sa tracking number. I've checked multiple times kung may typo, pero wala. Nagtext namana sakin yung Globe right after the transaction all in all so alam ko na pumasok yung order. Nagremind pa nga sakin via text kahapon na bukas dadating yung technician. Nagchat ako sa customer service line nila sa messenger pero it seems na walang nagrerespond sa messenger aside sa bots. And that's true for everyone I think, base sa nakikita ko sa comments sa page nila. Ganto ba talaga ka unreliable yung customer service ng globe😭. Puro self service, plus if you dial one of their hotlines it just leads u to the GlobeOne app lang din. Which then leads you to messenger and sa bot nila sa huli.
