Getting my aligners fitted this week and I'm terrified of the pain of taking them out. Why do all YouTube videos recommend to do it from the inside of your teeth since the attachments are from the outside? Please help!

My teeth are extremely sore due to clenching hence why I'm extra worried that starting my treatment will cause them to hurt a lot more.

I'm extra worried about taking the aligners on and off and making my teeth hurt. I even watched a video on YouTube with one person who said their teeth even bled from pulling their aligners off.

I see a lot of them recommend to pop them off from the inside of your molars but wouldn't that hurt more since the attachments are on the outside? Isn't it better to start on the outside to not pull of the attachments too much?
