What do you think of the sound system & the ventilated front seats in the Limited?

I'm deciding between Limited and SEL. I saw a review that mentioned the ventilated seats were actually efficient and helped with battery - thought being I guess - that with these you use less A/C. Any thoughts on that? And I am reading mixed things about the sound system too.
