That $7500 manufacturers incentive...

A dealer rep called today to tell me that the Limited AWD that I'm considering buying will be in by the 29th. She also said that that $7500 rebate/incentive is only available for those who finance with Hyundai. I would prefer to pay with cash. Anyone have any wisdom on this issue? TIA!
