Minor spoilers for Sam’s first run

Is there a rule that explicitly says that hiders must only travel by rail during their hiding period?

For example, since Sam hid at the Airport for his first run, could Ben as the next runner take advantage of that and take a flight?

I know this is probably not logistically possible, but could Ben theoretically take a flight, from Narita to a city that is still in play but not assessable by train in the 3 hour hiding period.

For example a flight from Narita to Osaka is only 70 mins. But is 4+ hours away by train.

Timing of this would have to be extremely lucky, but I’m wondering if they have ever said that flights are excluded for hiders in the rules.
