How to wear the makeup without Asian fishing

I need some help about wearing jirai kei makeup and being accused for Asian fishing.

How do I actually know that I‘m Asian fishing while wearing jirai kei makeup like how can I make sure that even if I form my eyes a little bit with makeup to make them uh „droopy“? Since it‘s a part of the jirai kei makeup without making my eyes look Asian like ykwim??
