Thoughts on BU manager removing you from the group chat because you took your 2 days time off?

For context po, I'm not directly reporting to her dito sa philippines kaya hindi siya yung may kakayanan na i-approve yung leave ko. My 2 days PTO has been approved by my supervisor here in the Philippines and she's our BU manager sa US. I filed my leave (Sep6 & 9) on AUG31 (friday shift) and was approved on Sept2 (Monday shift). By that time, she's on PTO for 3 days from Monday-Wednesday that's why I wasn't able to tell her about my leave. Thursday shift, I advised her that I'm on leave by Friday until Monday. She called me and advised that I should advise her a week prior my leave, I admit po na may pagkukulang din ako sa pangyayari. Pero nagtataka ako bakit kailangan umabot sa pag-kick sa gc as if na wala na ako sa company?

Before I Iogout nung Friday, I assured po na updated yung working file ko for their reference. Wala rin po akong iniwan na backlogs.

Any thoughts po on this? Plano ko pong kausapin yung supervisor ko since the 'BU manager' also emailed me with regards to this cc'ing my PH Supervisor. Please any advise po on this kind of situation will be much appreciated.
