One or more notebooks ?

Hello

After a year spent on the dark side of the digital force, I'm back to my first love.

I own quite a few notebooks, mainly Moleskine. I like to write with a pen and the contact of it on the paper.

It makes me feel good and it also helps me concentrate better.

If I have to use an electronic diary for Outlook invitations from work, I have a weekly diary where I keep track of appointments and tasks in both my personal and professional life.

Where it gets tricky is with notebooks.

At work, I am responsible for many meetings and projects.

In my personal life, I'm a diarist, I write down and sometimes draw anything that comes into my head, what I'm feeling, bits of sentences from a book or article I'm reading, etc.

And then, I have a writing project... a book maybe.

My question is simple: in your opinion, would you use one notebook for everything or three different notebooks?

Finally, I have just discovered the Moleskine XL weekly planner.

The format seems interesting to me to have an overview.

And here is my second question: should I choose the XL or the A5 format?

If I use several notebooks, maybe the XL for work and the A5 for my personal notebook and writing?

As you can see, I'm still hesitating.

Thanks for your advice :-)
