Complete Collection of Japanese Yokai (日本妖怪全集) — Does this book exist?
I couldn't find anything after a quick search, so I was hoping someone here might know.
I am curious if the book Mahito is reading in the sewers is real or not. From what I understand, it’s titled 日本妖怪全集, which translates to "Complete Collection of Japanese Yokai". After some searching, I found quite a few books that were titled similarly, but not precisely the same.
I guess my question is: does this exact book exist? If it does, can you please share a link to that edition?
And if it’s something Gege made up, could you recommend a book that’s the closest to the one Mahito is reading? Maybe you know some cool editions on Japanese folklore and yokai? I'd love to get something like this for my bookshelf.
I'm looking for editions in English, preferably.
Thanks in advance for any help!
