26yo Portfolio- how do I consolidate it

Earning 93k annually, expenses 3.3k monthly. Goals- ideally own a house, have kids by 33y, retire by 50y. Currently, TFSA has 20k, +49% increase all time, 40k savings, 10k in TFSA managed and 15k in mutual funds

I started investing 4years ago out of FOMO not knowing much and just searching up best dividend ETFs and ended up with a very fragmented portfolio today, it’s overlapping and risk exposed. (See screenshot)

In an attempt to consolidate i have recurring set for XEQT, IAU, VUG

Would really appreciate any advice
