I just got banned from r/BlatantMisogyny subreddit for defending Justin
I’ve been a longtime member of that subreddit. I watched all of the Johnny Depp trials live, so my beliefs about that case are based on the evidence provided.
No additional evidence has surfaced since then which would suggest that Heard did in fact fabricate her evidence to make it appear that Johnny Depp was physically abusing her. There was certainly verbal abuse both ways. But to say she didn’t do a disservice to women’s rights by photoshopping bruises on a photo they submitted as evidence, and lying about being assaulted with a broken glass bottle (which it turned out was actually smashed on Johnny’s hand by her, severing his finger, not used to sexually assault Heard), is an… interesting take.
They banned me immediately after commenting to “not spread misinformation”.
The fuck?
I asked for more information about this so called misinformation as my comment was based on the evidence provided in court, and was referred to the Depp delusion subreddit and condescendingly told to learn how to be a better human.
I’m a victim of DV, SA, and SH. That’s why it pisses me off when anyone falsely accuses another person, or misconstrues the facts to make their abuse sound more shocking and get more sympathy.
It is really hurtful to be banned for standing up for Baldoni who appears to me to be the victim here. In a subreddit that exists for women’s rights. And for them to call me someone with a “pattern of siding with men who abuse women”.
What happened to the mods at r/blatantmisogyny?
