As a long time resident. This town sucks.

I'm sorry, and I really hate to say this. But this town sucks. I was born and raised in Kenosha. Left back in April of 2021. Low wages, housing market always sucked. Could never find a place to rent that was affordable with such low wages. Before I left, everybody was only paying about maybe $10 an hour. That's if you were able to even get a job there other than Amazon. Every other year I was homeless because my jobs I had never paid more than $10 an hour. Events? All meant for the eldery and their grand children ages 0 to 11 years old. I, for the life of me cannot even begin to believe why it took me to move across the country. Just to turn my life around. Why is it so hard to pay Store Managers $21 an hour nowadays? That's what i'm making at my current job down here. In Kenowhere? I would still be making MAYBE $11 an hour and never would have gotten the position that i'm in now.
