Chopsticks nowhere to be found starship launch expansion pack mod dilemma.

Where can I find the chopsticks and QD arm? I got the expansion project and the launch expansion project and I am currently missing both those chopsticks and the quick disconnect arm. and that’s kind of hard to catch a booster when you don’t have those two parts especially those chopsticks.
