I’m concerned about by urine.

I’ve had the flank pain and the blood in the urine but it’s also foamy and slightly oily looking and I don’t know what to do. I am struggling to get the GP and urgent care centres to take me seriously as the symptoms come and go. Anyone else got urine like this?
