I (HC) walked into work this morning and the owner was making this and wanted me to use it during service.. he wanted me to actually serve it..

Can you guess what it is?

Hint* I saw a cutting board that had a raw, chopped green bell pepper (seeds and all of course) that he set aside as “garnish” for when people order it.

Another hint* it only had two ingredients minus what I would assume was a cup of salt…
