am i a bad boyfriend

I (23M) get annoyed when my (20f) is always wanting to text or call. I love talking to her but there is a point it reaches too much. i have so much to do and sometimes i just want to hang out with friends and play video games, if i told her that she would be angry and pretend that its fine with her, we already talk for hours per day but it seems we need to talk 24/7. I started waking up early which is 8am my time and 5am for her, so i can get things done before she wakes up and i would reply to her messages she left before she went to sleep (i sleep before her) and suddenly she texts me back right away (5am for her)and says she set her alarm up for this time because she noticed i text her recently first at this time, it actually pissed me off rather than made me happy, i dont want to ignore her, but literally wtf do i do when every second shes on me asking me she wants to talk and she feels sad,... i feel like im losing intrest because of this..i dont know if im a bad person for this i know i should be happy someone waking up for me but yeah its just annoying, i did talk to her saying im busy but the next day she will say since you were busy lets talk all day today (on my busy days we still spend 4 hours chatting)
