Is this thing fake??

For context: a friend came to my house and gave me this baby, and today I was curious to see which one I had gotten with the colors of the box it comes in, but I couldn't find one that was the same color, so I went to Google and I can't find any that look similar to this doll I have, they all have their hands facing forward and no hair.

This doll is completely hard and only has fluff, you can't move anything, it's completely made of plastic.

I don't really care if it's real or not (I mean, it's a gift, nobody turns down a nice gift), but I'm very curious since my friend was sold it as a real one.
