Mum called up for jury duty but has limited English - England

Mum just got a letter calling her up for Jury Duty. However her English is very limited and both of us think she won't have a clue what's going on. Any advice as to how to make the court aware of this would be appreciated as I don't believe she will be able to be on the jury, due to her poor English.
