The Fan Noise…

I’ve had my laptop (Legion Y540-15IRH) for about 3 years now and it’s always had a somewhat humming fan noise but now it’s a full on loud rattle, so much so I can hear it through my headphones, it happens as soon as I turn the computer on, I’ve tried ending tasks in CPU and cleaning the back of the pc, I’ve tried opening it but the screws are on too tight so I wasn’t able to fully open the back, at this point I’m not sure what to do. It’s the right fan I’m pretty sure by the way. I’ve attached a clip of the noise if anyone knows how to help. Thanks.
