Lenovo legion 5 Pro users

I’ve got a question for you fellow Lenovo legion 5 pro users, recently speaking I’ve noticed that my legion 5 pro was reaching thermal throttle temperatures on the gpu, it was hovering always between 85-86 and downclocking due to it, even when there wasn’t too much going on in the screen just idling in game wouldn’t bring the temperatures much lower, I’ve had the laptop for about 2 years now, I’m somewhat positive it wasn’t thermal throttling when it was new, should I reapply some Honeywell ptm 7950 on the gpu? If I do it should I also apply it to the cpu? My specifications:

I’ve got the AMD based 2022 version of the 5 pro, Model number 16ARH7H, RTX 3070 Currently had to undervolt the gpu to keep it under 86C and it seems to hold on to about 1700mhz core clock without dropping too much, thanks in advance guys I’d appreciate all the info anyone could provide 👍 EDIT: just cause I forgot to say, yes the fans are clean, have done it twice in the time space of 2 weeks so it shouldn’t be from that
