Need desperate help for GF birthday gifts!

I apologize if I sound stupid or weird, this is one of my first time on here! But my problem right now is what to get my girlfriend for her 18th birthday! I want to build an 18 days advent calendar for her so she can open everyday. One of those 18 days is also our anniversary and I want to make it extra special considering how we went through hell and back to end up together. So I just wanted to go on here to see if I can get any ideas or help! She’s a beautiful and such kind soul that I really wanna give her the best 18th!
