What are the movies that you like so much that you watch them very VERY rarely?
I guess my question is about multiple categories of movies based on emotions they evoke. For me that's most of the movies of Paul Thomas Anderson, some movies of Martin McDonagh and Sofia Coppola. The first two reward your brain, as well as give you some fun occasionally, but other movies (pardon for a near tautology) move you emotionally so much that it's rare you can, so to say, afford it. There are other categories, of course.
Say, I watched There will be blood only twice, wanna rewatch it, but it's so good, and I feel like I really wanna sit down and watch it very carefully that I just can't find the right moment to put it on.
Also, Lost in translation - it's only very rare when you have this nostalgic (or I do) to stroke this string inside you.
You might have already figured that I'm a nerd, yes 😅
