Removing back seat 2013 ES350

I’m removing the back seat cushions for a few weeks in my 2013 Lexus ES 350. I need to use the back area for my dogs and cargo without messing up the leather. I got to the point where I need to unplug the airbags and wanted to know what problems that will cause driving around with those plugs disconnected? And is there a workaround for this?
