Novel where mc is a god who creates life

I've been looking for novels where the main character is a god. Which is somehow hard to find. But not just a normal god, but a god that creates worlds and life. I dont care what the tags are, whether it has system, harem, or Somehow the mc has fucking pancreatic cancer. I just want a mc who creates life and maybe a world. I especially like when they watch the life grow from little single celled organisms. I've only seen two novels do that.
