What is the face recognition software LTT showed in a video a while ago?

I am trying to remember a software and/or the video they mentioned a while ago, this tool was able to process video data and then automatically group faces, objects, scenes thanks to object detection for a future query. I cant' remember the name of the video or the main purpose of it but it is probably related to video data stored in a server.

Unfortunately i do not have any more useful details. I want to know more about that software for personal usage since i too want to process my video/image data
