(coi vol8) Sequence 0 of demonness pathway advancement ritual

It has been reaveled that s0 ritual for demonness pathway is to resist the Corruption of Chaos sea. I had thought that the rituals were already predetermined for each pathway and any Goo couldn't change it but GA has clearly written the ritual to be beneficial to his resurrection. So can there be any other ritual for the demonness pathway that doesn't involve Chaos sea or GA accomodating COD can change the pathway permanently. Also if true what is the influence of GA on tenereborus world or CW on ROED and NOD. Also why didn't adam or any other god get suspicious of cheek when the ritual obviously can lead to corruption by chaos sea
