Do you guys think Sister Garaele and Sildar Hallwinter get along?

Not technically LmoP but my crew wants to do some homebrew adventure in the same setting. they have already played through Lmop and Icespire peak and re now considering doing some homebrew in thee same setting. they are good friends with many of the NPC's and especially Garaele and Sildar. Occasionally they bring the two of them along on quests together. do you think that they get along or do you think that I should implement a growing rivalry between them.
