New Heine Brothers app is garbage

I know, not everyone likes their coffee, I'm not here to debate that. Their new app is unfinished, unstable, and from I can tell they downgraded their rewards system so instead of earning points towards a free drink, you can only redeem them on bakery items. Woo, a bagel, a scone, or a muffin. Gee thanks.

Also still unclear if you still get a free item every month at the top rewards tier. Used to be, every 1st of the month you could get anything free, now it just says you get a free item when you reach the too tier.
