NCPD Mission: Search Sandra Faucet’s Door

I ran into a weird bug and want to see if anyone has a fix. When I go to search this car, it’s on two wheels and the trunk is open. There’s a marker in the trunk, but I can’t search anything. Can’t scan it, can’t open any doors, nothing.

I’ve tried loading previous saves to see if that helps; it doesn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
