Not sure if I have HPPD

So since I started using mdma I realised my vision was never quite the same after and the day after Christmas I had a big session maybe 1000mg in a night and since then I have little black things randomly in my vision but they don’t stay. they ping In the corner of my eyes for like a split second then go and I struggle to focus on certain objects sometimes and it’s almost like there’s a film on my vision but not very intense just kind of a light smooth finish on everything but with like a very light effect of tv fuzz I’m pretty sure it’s HPPD and I’m only 15 have I fucked up my vision forever ?
