How many questions to solve per day?

I have joined Target batch. It has a lot of questions. I took it because almost every teacher I've known says to practice a lot of questions. But I'm not able to manage this effectively. Today I started with thermal properties (temp, thermal expansion part).

First did Aakash module question on related topic (25-30 approx) Then I went to neetprep to practice which had about 50 questions. Then I made notes and mistake correction points. It took a lot of time. When I start GOC next I was so exhausted I couldn't focus on mcq's properly. But still I pushed myself and did nearly 80. But after that I had no will power left in me to do biology.

How many questions should I solve per day for the 3 subjects? I feel FOMO when I skip questions. I didn't even watch lectures today because I knew the concepts. I don't know how will I manage if I had to watch lectures.

How much time I should give to each subject?
