Hotel pony

Hey guys! So I’m def not going to be able to get 40 ropes by the time this pony is up so I was wondering if you guys think I should go ahead and spend the 70 gems or should I get the decoration and then buy her? I’m not sure what would be cheaper and I’ll keep trying to collect as many ropes as I can but I know I won’t be getting 40 😓
